PAYMENT:

We accept the following forms of payment:

SHIPPING:

We ship worldwide.

Please provide us with a complete address for shipping. If your billing address differs from your shipping address we will require additional time to process your order for verification purposes.

All purchases are processed in the order they are received. Standard order processing time for in-stock items is 7-10 business days. All orders are shipped via the U.S. Postal Service.

Express orders are processed within 24 hours of actual receipt of payment.

Occasionally, high demand may cause us to run out of certain items. Out of stock item orders will be processed ASAP. If the item(s) you have ordered are currently out of stock you will be notified either via phone or email.


DAMAGED MERCHANDISE:

If your merchandise arrives damaged we ask that you contact us immediately. We will send you a prepaid shipping label to return the merchandise AND the package it arrived in to us. Once we have received the package we will ship out a replacement.


RETURNS:

We will accept returns of unused/unopened merchandise for any reasonable reason within 30 days of purchase. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. Please contact us if you wish to return your purchase.


REFUNDS:

We only refund actual merchandise cost. We do not refund shipping fees. We give 100% store credit or a refund minus a 25% restocking fee.


INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS ONLY:

All applicable duties and taxes are to be paid by the customer at the time of receipt.

Payment for orders must be made in U.S. Dollars.
